Baked Pork Rib

by

Instructions
1. make dry mix
mix brown sugar, chili powder, and salt together.

2. apply dry mix to pork rib
Cut pork rib into half so it could fit in a baking pan. Put it on a big piece of heavy duty foil paper(I use heavy duty one to prevent the ripping, and big enough to wrap around the pork rib). Apply dry mix on both sides of pork rib. Close all sides of the foil paper and put it in fridge for 2 hrs.

3. make wet mix
Mix soy sauce, honey, cooking wine, vinegar with 2-3 tbsp water. Add minced garlic.

4. apply wet mix to pork rib
Take the pork rib from fridge. Open the foil paper closure carefully so wet mix could be added. Close the foil paper again. Make sure it is sealed completely.

5. bake pork rib
Preheat oven to 350 F. Put the baking pan into the oven when it is ready. Bake for 1.5 hour(or 1 hr if oven is set to 375F).

Tips:
1)Make sure the foil paper is tightly closed;
2)Do not rip the foil paper so use heavy duty one;
