Instructions
1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
2. In a small skillet, heat chili oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sliced scallions, and sauté until fragrant and slightly golden.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine tahini, soy sauce, Chinkiang vinegar, sugar, balsamic vinegar, white pepper, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and well combined.
4. Add the cooked noodles to the mixing bowl with the sauce. Toss to coat the noodles evenly.
5. Stir in Lao Gan Ma chili bean sauce, adjusting the amount to suit your desired level of spiciness.
6. Serve the chili noodles warm or at room temperature, garnished with additional sliced scallions if desired. Enjoy!
