Creamy Tuscan Garlic Shrimp Pasta
Instructions
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and minced garlic, sauté until shrimp turn pink.
3. Add cherry tomatoes, baby spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes; cook until spinach wilts.
4. Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until the sauce thickens.
5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the creamy sauce.
6. Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
