Instant Beef Stew

Instructions
1. Brown the onion(s) and garlic on the Sauté function. Then take them out.
2. Put the beef in with some olive oil, salt and pepper. Sauté until brown.
3. Put onion back in with all the roughly chopped veggies.
4. Pour in a splash of vinegar/wine/sauce, tomato paste, and enough broth to half-coat everything. Add in more salt, pepper, and spices.
5. Cook on high pressure for 30 minutes. Let it slow release for 10 min.
6. To thicken, make a starch slurry and mix it in.
