Massaged Kale Salad
Instructions
1. Massage the kale with dressing in a big bowl. It's VERY important to do a thorough massage.
2. Add chickpeas and spices into small bowl and mix.
3. Add chickpeas into kale. Add in sliced almonds, grilled chicken, quinoa, parmesan, and anything else.
4. Enjoy!

- Vinaigrette or other dressing (I like TJ's vegan Caesar)
- Chickpeas with paprika, onion powder, salt, pepper, etc.
