Roasted Cinnamon Pecan
Instructions
1. Mix well all the ingredients except pecan;
2. Add the mixture to pecan and mix;
3. Cut parchment paper to fit in the baking pan;
4. Put the coated pecan on the parchment paper and make sure it is spread evenly;
5. bake at 300F or 325F depending on the oven for 10 mins, then flip over and bake for another 10 mins;
6. Let it cool down completely(for a few hours)before put in a container;
Notes
I always cut down the sugar by half and reduce the salt amount accordingly as well. This cinnamon pecan is healthy and delicious for snacking and adding to salad.
