Sweet and sour pork

Instructions
1. Cut the pork rib into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1/4 cup of vinegar.
3. Heat some oil in a pan and add the pork rib pieces. Cook until they turn golden brown.
4. Pour the sugar and vinegar mixture over the cooked pork ribs.
5. Stir the pork ribs and sauce together to coat the meat evenly.
6. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and the flavors to blend.
7. Serve the sweet and sour pork ribs hot with steamed rice or as a side dish. Enjoy!
