Tomato burrata pasta
Instructions
1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat
2. Add the garlic, a handful of basil, red pepper flakes
3. After a minute, add the tomatoes (whole, do not chop them). Add some salt and pepper too. Turn heat to med-low. Wait for the tomatoes to burst (will take a couple minutes).
4. In the meantime, boil the pasta
5. Once the pasta is done, ensure all the tomatoes have burst and stir the drained pasta into the skillet
6. Stir in the cheeses and remaining basil

- ¼ cup olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- Crushed red pepper flakes
- 3 cups cherry or grape tomatoes
- Bucatini pasta (or any form of a thicker spaghetti)
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 8 ounces burrata cheese
- Parmesan cheese
