Vegan Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, applesauce, melted coconut oil, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
5. Fold in vegan chocolate chips and chopped walnuts (if using).
6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
7. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
8. Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Use dairy-free chocolate chips to keep the recipe vegan.
